About the Role:‍

Lead Spectra is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process and Transformation Lead with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and implementing processes, data mapping, workflow optimization, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role involves developing workbooks, learning collaterals, case studies, and conducting research to support our organization's development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and implement processes across the organization.
• Conduct data mapping and optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) and documentation.
• Create learning materials, such as workbooks and learning collaterals.
• Develop case studies and conduct research to support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA graduates are preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in process management, transformation, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and workflow tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Location: Hyderabad
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
